By creating an account on bett22, logging in, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we ask that you refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions were prepared in Bengali, which constitutes the official version. In the event of any translation into another language, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

To register with bett22, you must meet the following requirements:

• No individual may operate more than one account.

After creating your account, keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. bett22 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing this information with another person.

Bett22 accepts the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000
• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the deposit being rejected and the account being placed under investigation.

To withdraw from bett22, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing time: within 24 hours (on business days)
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. bett22 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request if an investigation is required. In such cases, we will inform you of the reason and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering conditions are fulfilled.

Bett22 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. Some general bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts by the same person or household is prohibited.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bett22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bett22 suspects that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account in question. Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all accounts being closed.

Your account must have sufficient balance before placing any bet on bett22. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All odds are updated in real time, and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Bett22 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, stakes for the affected bets will be refunded.
• Live betting depends on a stable internet connection. bett22 is not liable for any bets lost due to disconnection.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event from multiple accounts will trigger an account investigation.

Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bett22 platform:

• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Helping minors create an account.
• Participating in match fixing or any corrupt activity.
• Attempting to steal account credentials or personal information from other users.

Involvement in any of the activities listed above will result in immediate account closure without notice, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where necessary.

Bett22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• False information is found during the KYC verification process.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 12 months).
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may also contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. Prior to closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (excluding bonuses), unless the account is being closed due to a terms and conditions violation.

Bett22 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We follow internationally recognised data protection protocols, and your information is never sold to third parties.

We collect the following information about you:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: For a temporary break, accounts can be paused for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: For a longer break, accounts can be closed for a period of 6 months or permanently.
• Reality Check: An option to display session statistics after a set period of time can be enabled.

• For significant changes, users may be required to provide consent again.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
